On Donating Art for the Website

First of all: Thank you! It's a pleasure and honor to be able to display the art and photographs created by the membership.

But to do so, we must have permission:

• For photographs, use the Photograph Release Form
  • See also Model Release Form
• For other works, use the Creative Work Release Form

Please complete the appropriate forms, and email with the art to Blue Anchor.
