Tir Righ IL dated 2012-07-02 (Jump to Submissions)

Greetings unto the College of Heralds!

Commentary on this letter is due August 5, 2012.

Red Flame Herald meetings:

I am not scheduling a specific date for the meetings. Meetings will be held shortly after the commentary cutoff date. If you are interested in participating in a meeting (usually held in the Shire of False Isle), please email redflame@tirrigh.org for the exact time and location of the meetings.

From Red Flame:

I'd like to express my thanks to all who have been commenting on these letters. I've been happy to see some new voices join in recently and encourage you to continue to comment. Special thanks to those who have delved into the new Standards for Evaluation of Names and Armory (SENA) rules and provided commentary based on these new rules. Your input makes my job much easier. I would love to see our commentary team grow - if you are interested in assisting with commentary, or know someone who might be, email me at redflame@tirrigh.org or Silver Yale at herald@tirrigh.org. You do not need to be an expert. This is a great way to learn from others.

Alicia Red Flame

From Silver Yale:

Greetings from Silver Yale

I will be attending Tir Righ August Investiture in Lionsdale August 24 to 26, and I invite you all to attend my first meeting as Silver Yale. I am looking very forward to meeting many of you for the first time, and seeing old friends again as well. If you have something specific you would like to have on the meeting's agenda, please let me know at herald@tirrigh.org.

Heralds at Pennsic War will be helping people with name and armoury submissions, as always, and will be receiving submissions as well, to pass on to the submitters' Kingdom heralds. This year, Tir Righ submissions will be sent to the Tir Righ submissions team, rather than An Tir's. It is expected that heralds at Pennsic will be prepared for Tir Righ submissions. To me, this is a good indication of what the Tir Righ College of Heralds has accomplished.

I hope you are all enjoying this tourney season, and making wonderful plans for the coming months

Yours in Service,

Doireann Silver Yale
